I have had my licence for a year and a half yet memory fades with time and there are lots of rules that I’ve forgotten.

If you take, let’s say a left, in an intersection where there are no light when entering the intersection, where YOU enter it, yet the ones crossing your path have lights, must you stop in the middle of the intersection if there is a red light for the ones that come from your right?

This video helps, but the worse part is that the rules change. Ex. No texting or using your cell phone while driving.
